Eliades Ochoa celebrates his 80th birthday with the ¡Como Nunca! tour, a journey through traditional Cuban music
A central figure in traditional Cuban music and one of the most prominent soneros of his generation. His participation in the album Buena Vista Social Club (1997) brought him international fame.
Since then, Eliades Ochoa has collaborated with artists such as Bunbury, Jarabe de Palo, Pablo Milanés and C. Tangana, and in 2023 he released Guajiro, featuring Rubén Blades and Joan as Police Woman. Coinciding with his 80th birthday, he is presenting the ¡Como Nunca! tour and announcing a new album for late 2026.
